strawberry run today

a local grocery store has a sale on strawberries and i couldnt pass it up;

reg price 3.99 for 1lb strawberries
sale price 1.00 for 1lb strawberres

saved 74% ! ! ! ! wo-hoo!!!

i bought 3 lbs - one to eat right away. the other 2 got washed, prepped, cut into quarters and in the freezer they went!

okay. i really love it when albertson's doubles the coupons (up to $1). i can really save big.

all this for $1.25 - that makes each item 25cents! wohoo!

another trip to albertson's. i saved $19.17 and spent $4.25 for the following items: 1 pkg flour tortillas($1 sale), 2 boxes kellogs multi-grain rice krispies cereal (.50cent ea), snickers candy bar (free), 6-oz organic yogurt (free), 2 64-oz bottles tree-top apple juice .48cent ea), 5-lb bag potatoes (1.29),

albertsons trip

i spent a whopping $1.11 total for the items in the picture by using coupons that were doubled! everything was FREE except the bananas .69cent pound and .50cents left to pay for the toothpaste minus the coupon. i saved a tot of $17.05!

I Saved . . .

on sunday, i got 8 boxes of kellogs cereal for $4! thats 50cent a box! i printed all the coupons from the net and used them with an in-store coupon. and i also got 4 bags of pre-cut lettuce for $2 -- looks like there's a lot of salad in my future (oh my).
